Every fee is fixed and confirmed in writing before you instruct. No VAT is charged, so the figure quoted is the figure you pay.
Fees depend on the size, age and complexity of the property. As a guide:
Terraced and smaller semi-detached homes - £895
Larger semis and detached homes - £1,095
Period, extended or larger detached homes - £1,395
Listed buildings and complex heritage properties - Priced on enquiry

Close-inspection drone survey of roofs and high-level areas: starting from £120
Cost assessment of identified defects, to support your price negotiation starting from £150
Turnaround
Your report is delivered within 5 working days of inspection. If you have an urgent deadline, say so when you enquire and I will tell you honestly whether I can meet it.
What happens next
